What this workspace is for
The Data Act includes rules intended to make switching between data processing services easier. For a small provider, the recurring pain is less about reading the regulation once and more about keeping contract language, export capabilities, operational ownership and evidence aligned over time. This workspace keeps those implementation artefacts visible without claiming to replace legal scoping.
